How to Be More Beautiful NATURALLY: 10 Grooming Habits for Daily Elegance & Luxury for Chic Happy Women

Sharing is caring!

Today we’re talking about 10 of my non-negotiable grooming habits. I wanted to get a little bit in depth about what 10 things are my nonnegotiable and that I do on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. I’m going to give you some examples of my own life of how I do these. It’s about making it so much a routine and a ritual that it becomes a routine and a habit.

Daily Rituals

1. I remove my make up every night. This may sound like something obvious as something that you start your day with and put in your face needs to be removed at the end of the day, but not always women remove their makeup. No matter how tired I am I always make my way into the bathroom and wash my face. How do I make it more into an indulgence? I take the time to say my affirmations for that particular ritual. I take the time to say “I’m very grateful for my beauty”. Why not use those two minutes to just be thankful for this blessing. That is the difference between mindlessly doing something and taking the time to indulge. In Arabic there is the world “nur” which mean something that is very clean and pure and I say it sometimes in my affirmations while removing my makeup.

Doing these simple acts of love will improve your look. One day you are going to be sitting in your 70s or 80s and you will be thinking how beautiful your skin was. Just say beautiful things to yourself, you’re washing your face anyways, why not use that time to say beautiful things to yourself?

2. I moisturize my whole body and face. I will use that time to say beautiful things about my body. For the luxury of having a body for doing all the beautiful things that it has done. Use those few seconds to become mindful. If I take my lotion and even if I am in a rush, saying beautiful things about my body helps me slow down. Say something that feels natural to you. You’re not just going through a task but you are nourishing your body.

3. Stretching and foam rolling. Stretching is very important after working out. During that time I will say my affirmations about how my body has healed beautifully after everything it has gone through. Many times people have been told definite things from professionals and they’ve cured them. If I’m living it up to a higher being, in my own life things have worked out that way. A book by doctor Joe talks about the effect of the mind changing the body called “placebo effect”.

4. Dry brushing. The more I dry brush the more the stretches in my body are fading. It has a lot of health benefits. I will created later a full video showing you guys how to do that.

5. Do my make up daily. It’s not a lot, it just takes me 5 minutes. That is part of my self care. I say love affirmations to myself. I want myself to know that I’m not using make up to hide, I’m just enhancing my beauty. I try to be mindful of the fact that I get to have this beautiful face and use make up.

6. I dress up daily. For me it’s enough to make me feel dressed for the day. It’s just for me. It’s to make me feel good. When I dress up and I’m thankful that I can afford clothes that makes me feel beautiful.

I dress in the morning and stay dressed with good clothes for the whole day. I don’t change anymore when I return home after being somewhere.

Weekly Rituals

7. My weekly exercise routine. I exercise four times a week with the five day being a bonus. Monday is my arm day. Tuesdays are my leg day and Wednesdays I do shoulders back and yoga things, Thursdays are gluts, Friday is a full body exercise. I will do a video on this and post it here if you guys want. While I am working out I consider it my meditation time as well. I may play a motivation YouTube video.

8. Weekly body scrub and weekly face scrub. I will really use that time to relax and turn this into a recharging ritual. I light a candle. Just say loving kind things to myself. Really become mindful and conscious of all the things that you’re doing.

Monthly Rituals

9. Dye my roots (at home). Make sure that I am feeling fabulous. I be thankful that I have hair. And it’s gotten better as I changed my lifestyle.

10. Monthly massage. I don’t indulge a lot in spa treatments but I can’t get rid of massages. When I can quite my mind down and really relax myself, I feel like I can really get the worth.

It doesn’t have to be big things. We think that life is mundane things and vacation time. Why not turn every day glamorous?

Each of us are the star of our own life. At the end of the day I feel glamorous to me, regardless of what other people think. This is my glamorous. I want you guys to start thinking of your life that way. You do your glamour. Who gets to set the rules for this? You do the glamour that makes you feel glamorous and loved. My goal is to feel happy and energetic and fabulous for my own self.

Whatever I’m trying to achieve I will say those things as they are completely achieved and be thankful for that. If you’re dreading something, your body behaves very differently when you’re doing it.

Bonus ones

11. Pedicures. When you’re doing that be mindful and be thankful that we have our feet and arms and can do things with them.

12. Drinking green smoothies. Play around with the ingredients and see what works best for you. You have to do like a test if you’re allergic to one or two vegetable and you don’t do well with them.

Live your best life. When people judge you it is a reflection of how they think of themselves. I was not born to fulfill their ideal image. I’m not going to waste my parent’s upbringing and love and affection to trying to live somebody else’s life. Your life is not meant to live trying to conform to somebody else’s expectations. Beauty will naturally shine in you when you’re healthy. That’s the only beauty I know.

I am going to write a book or do a course for you guys.

To some of you these things might seem like a lot, but I thought of all the things I used to have in my home and all the commitments that I had. I’ve become very selective with that, as I always ask myself every time I make the decision to make a new commitment if it will interfere with my time for myself.

Please make room for yourself. A lot of things that we do on autopilot, that we’ve been told that we need to do them, please evaluate them. Make some executive decisions you need to do.

If you find that something is dragging you down and taking away from yourself, let it go. Every day should have some luxury in it. You have to start thinking on a different level. I bet you guys have parents that neglected themselves and now are not well. We want to see our parents happy and doing well.

A lot of times by changing ourselves we may inspire other people. No matter which way you look at it, the generation before us or the generation after us, we’re important. how to feel like a princess

  1. These are really good habits! I’m really trying to get my life together before the year ends, so I’ll have to add some of these to my life. Do you already have a blog post or video with more details on your weekly exercise routine? I have no idea where to start, what to do, how to create a workout plan, etc. I would love to know more since that’s the #1 thing I want to focus on.

While I haven’t yet detailed my weekly exercise routine in a blog post or video, your interest definitely inspires me to create one. Starting an exercise routine can feel overwhelming, but focusing on consistency and activities you enjoy is key. I typically structure my workouts around different body parts for each day of the week, ensuring a balanced approach to strength and flexibility. Keep an eye out for a future post or video where I’ll dive deeper into creating an effective workout plan that can fit into your lifestyle, aiming to make fitness both enjoyable and sustainable.
